Our client is a company that is committed to developing and promoting its projects in the international market. As a result, they grow websites, outpace competitors, and generate profit. They smash knowledge of SEO and marketing together with creativity to increase traffic and drive sales. And yeah, company websites reach top positions for relevant search queries, something other companies cannot do for years.
We are looking for a VIP Client Support Manager. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with VIP clients, coordinating special requests, and ensuring that all VIP needs are met.

Location: Riga, Latvia
Type: Office, full-time
Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the daily VIP client service via email/WhatsApp; 
  • Responding to VIP client inquiries regarding financial transactions, client activity and general information to provide a single point of contact; 
  • Understanding of our ideal clients and their relationship to our products; 
  • Effectively representing the company with full knowledge of our offerings;
  • Researching client needs and determining how our solutions meet them; 
  • Assisting clients and creating long-term relationships that meet their needs.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar position;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; 
  • Experience in iGaming (Gambling/Betting); 
  • Experience in customer relationship management; 
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize tasks; 
  • Proficient level of English (both written and verbal), knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage.

Will be a plus:

  • Higher education in sales/marketing or related field as an advantage; 
  • Knowledge of German language is an advantage (possibly excellent written);
