Essential Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Service Team Leader
  • Proven experience in a customer service or supervisory role, demonstrating leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively and professionally.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is preferred.
