Wellbeing Coach

As a Wellness Coach, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and supportive environment for employees, equipping them with tools to build emotional resilience and navigate challenges effectively. You'll lead group sessions, design workshops, and provide individual coaching to help improve overall employee wellbeing and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer individual coaching sessions to employees.
• Conduct group workshops to build emotional resilience.
• Provide tools and strategies for conflict resolution and stress management.
• Design and lead psycho-educational workshops and team-building activities.
• Develop outreach programs in alignment with departmental objectives.
• Create and implement action plans to improve employee wellbeing.
• Lead informational wellbeing activities during employee training sessions.
• Promote awareness of wellbeing programs and initiatives.
• Encourage proactive participation in coaching and workshops.
• Manage wellbeing projects and activities assigned by the team manager.
• Align projects with organizational and departmental objectives.
• Handle conflicts and crises with professionalism and empathy.
• Offer support to employees in challenging situations.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Fluent in English (C1 level, as per the Common European Framework).
• At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing or user-facing role.
• Proficient in conflict resolution and crisis management.
• Skilled in using common office software (e.g., MS Office).
• Outstanding communication skills, with emphasis on listening and empathy.
• Strong leadership in designing and implementing wellbeing initiatives.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities for handling challenges.
• Team collaboration experience in multidisciplinary settings.
