Remote Danish-Speaking Junior Travel Consultant

Job Title: Danish-Speaking Travel Consultan
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 20:00
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00
- 365 days a year (including bank holidays – paid double)
- Assist customers in Danish with booking inquiries, travel arrangements, and support requests.
- Provide accurate information about flights, accommodation, and travel services.
- Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests in line with company policies.
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service across phone, chat, and email.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
- Language skills:
- Native or C1/C2 level in Danish.
- Minimum B2 level in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Must already be based in Latvia (remote work permitted).
Important:
If you are moving from abroad, you must confirm "Yes, I will be moving on my own" or "I don't need relocation support".
