We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Danish-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our innovative travel project. This position is fully remote and open to qualified candidates residing anywhere in Latvia.

As part of our team, you will be the voice and first point of contact for Danish-speaking customers, ensuring their travel experiences are seamless, enjoyable, and memorable. You will manage all customer interactions from your home office, providing timely and accurate support across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

As a Danish-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate support in Danish.
  • Assist Danish-speaking customers with travel-related questions, bookings, changes, cancellations, and general information.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and professionally.
  • Provide clear guidance and explanations regarding travel services and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Continuously learn about travel destinations, company services, and best practices.
Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fluent Danish (C1+) excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • English proficiency (B2 level minimum).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work setup.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Passion for travel and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Work Arrangement & Location

This is a fully remote position for candidates based in Latvia.

  • Training will be conducted remotely, and candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
  • The entire role is 100% remote, offering maximum flexibility for candidates residing anywhere in Latvia.

Relocation Note: Relocation assistance is not provided for this role. Candidates must already be based in Latvia to be considered for this position.
