Location: Lithuania (Remote work from home in Latvia) Start Date: November 17th, 2025 Schedule: Monday-Friday: 09:00-20:00 Saturday-Sunday: 10:00-19:00 (365 days a year bank holidays paid double) Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time About the Role: Were looking for a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant to join an international travel support team. You'll be assisting travelers with bookings, re-bookings, and cancellations while ensuring every customer receives friendly and efficient service. Key Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer support via phone and email. Provide accurate details on new bookings, re-bookings, and cancellations for air and rail travel, hotels, and related services. Find creative and effective solutions to ensure customers journeys run smoothly. Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction. Requirements: Fluent Dansk (C1,C2/native) and English (B2 or higher) written and spoken. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail. Reliable home internet connection (for remote setup). What We Offer: Remote work fully from home (based in Latvia). Flexible employment options: Full-time or Part-time (50-100%).
