Cross Border Talents is looking for a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant to join an international customer support team in Riga. If you enjoy helping travelers and want to build a career in the travel industry, this role is for you Start Date: 17 November 2025Location: Riga, Latvia (Remote)Work Schedule: full-time, 40 hrs/week, 8 hrs/day. Shifts are scheduled as following (rotational): Mon-Fri 09:00-20:00; Sat-Sun 10:00-19:00. The role needs to ensure coverage 365 days/year.  Responsibilities: Provide travel advice and support to Danish-speaking customersHandle inquiries via phone, chat, and emailAssist clients with bookings, cancellations, and modificationsOffer solutions for travel disruptions (delays, re-routes, refunds)Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering professional serviceCollaborate with internal teams to resolve complex requestsRequirements:Fluent level of command in Danish (C2 and higher), plus B2 English (written and spoken)Strong communication skills and customer orientationAbility to work flexible hours including weekends and holidaysRight to work and live in Latvia (valid EU paperwork or permit required)
