Debt Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a Debt Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for processing receivables, advising debtors on unfulfilled obligations, and preparing suitable debt repayment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage receivables in a timely manner.
  • Advising debtors on unfulfilled obligations via telephone and electronic means.
  • Prepare and offer the most suitable debt repayment solutions.
  • Monitor agreements reached with debtors.
  • Work closely with our database system.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of Latvian and Russian languages.
  • Excellent reasoning, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of the debt recovery process.
  • Ability to work under pressure and have a high sense of responsibility.
  • Perseverance and orientation towards achieving set goals.
  • Good computer skills.
