Job Description

This is a full-time Quality Analyst position based in Riga, Latvia. As a Quality Assurance Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and audit the quality of customer interactions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide individual and team feedback and coaching to Customer Service Agents (CSAs) to enhance their performance.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team Lead to prioritize quality performance improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in internal and external calibration sessions to ensure consistency in quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Near native German language skills (C1 level) and good English skills (B1+ level) in writing and speaking.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
  • Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Service-oriented profile with a focus on problem-solving.
Salary and Benefits:
