Southern European Customer Service Position Available

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic customer service representative to join our team in Southern Europe. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Language Skills: German (C2 level) and intermediate English (B2 level).
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus but not mandatory.
- Citizenship/Visa: EU Citizenship or Working VISA.
