Key Responsibilities:


• Business management and operations


• Managing the service provided by our partnering Agency


• Key Account Management and Sales Support:
  • Manage conversion tools with close collaboration with Market Strategy & Planning or Brand team and distributor for direct sales activities
  • Support retail MS&P / SLS team in key product launches, training for field operations, customers' events

• Professional Scientific Relations Management:
  • Identify Key Opinion Leaders
  • Execute Scientific Exchange and Dental Schools program in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia
  • Execute Capability & scientific training for the partnering agency, pharma channel and retail on oral care basics, company initiatives and message tracks.
Job Qualifications
  • Іn-depth professional sales knowledge and/or experience of working within medical/pharma industry or similar FMGC environment
  • Fluency in English and Latvian
  • Bachelor`s/dentist degree
  • Medical background will be a competitive advantage
  • Collaborative and empathetic leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance competing priorities
