Role Description The Interior Project Sales role is a full-time on-site position based in Riga. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle for interior projects, from understanding client needs and preparing proposals to coordinating deliveries and ensuring successful project completion. Day-to-day tasks include consulting clients on lighting, electrical installation materials, and furniture solutions, preparing quotations, and maintaining regular communication throughout the project. The Interior Project Sales professional will collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and technical specialists to ensure timely execution and high-quality results. The role also includes maintaining long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to sales targets and overall company growth. Qualifications
• Strong Project Sales and Sales skills, with experience in solution-based selling for interior or technical products.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build trust, handle inquiries, and manage client expectations.
• Solid Project Management capabilities to coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholders for multiple ongoing projects.
• Relevant experience in interiors, lighting, furniture, or construction-related fields is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Riga, manage priorities, and maintain accuracy in quotations and documentation.
• Proficiency in using CRM or sales management tools and common office software (e.g., MS Office).
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Education in business, design, engineering, or a related field is an advantage; comparable practical experience is also valued.
