Our Primekss Internship Program offers you the opportunity to join us in one central talent pool and later match you with the team where your skills and interests fit best. With one application you can be considered for internships in several departments.

Where You Can Join R&D Center

Work with specialists on innovation, testing and continuous improvement. Typical tasks might include:

• Supporting lab tests and data collection
• Analysing technical results and preparing reports
• Assisting in development and documentation of new solutions

Concrete Academy

Grow your skills towards becoming a concrete engineer:

• Learning the basics of concrete technology, mix design and our solutions
• Supporting engineers with simple technical tasks and documentation
• Joining site, plant or training visits to see concrete solutions in practice

Design & Build Department

Get hands-on exposure to real projects in the field of construction and design:

• Supporting engineers with drawings, models or calculations
• Assisting in preparing project documentation
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

HR Department

See how people processes work in practice:

• Helping with onboarding and internal communication
  
• Entering and updating basic employee data in HR spreadsheets or systems
• Assisting with day-to-day employee support

Finance Department

See how our finance team supports the business in practice:

• Helping to organise and check finance documents
• Updating simple spreadsheets and financial overviews
• Supporting basic invoice handling and payments under supervision

You don't have to choose only one area. If you are open to several departments, you can indicate that in your application.

What You Will Do

The exact tasks depend on the department and your background, but you may:

• Support ongoing projects and daily operations
• Take responsibility for smaller tasks or mini-projects
• Work with real data, tools and systems used in the company
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues and other interns
• Contribute your ideas to improve processes and solutions

What We Are Looking For

We are open to students from different study programs (engineering, construction, materials science, architecture, business, HR, finance and more). What matters most is your motivation and willingness to learn.

• Current student status (university, college or vocational program)
• Interest in one or more of our areas: R&D, construction/design, training/education, HR or finance
• Basic English (local language skills are a plus)
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Curiosity, initiative and responsibility

If this is a mandatory internship from your university, please mention it in the application.

Main location: Riga, Latvia
Some roles may allow a mix of office and remote work, depending on the department and tasks.

   • Expected internship period
   • Whether it is a mandatory internship for your studies
3. HR screens all applications and shares promising profiles with relevant departments.
4. Selected candidates are invited to interviews and/or assignments.
5. Together we decide on the best matching team and role for your internship.
