We are looking for a new colleague as Customer Service Manager in PROCUREMENT & LOGISTICS PROJECTS for our office in Riga.

We are a Boutique Consulting Company that designs tailor-made solutions in Procurement and Logistics / Supply Chain Management. Our customers come from all industries and work in many cases on a permanent basis with us.

As a Customer Service Manager you will work in different projects with our Project Leaders.

Your task will mainly be suppoprting them by taking over the technical set-up, implementation and maintanance of the projects. Also, support via mail and phone must be managed.

The ideal candidate is good in data analysis and the quick understanding of new requirements in a multi-cultural environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER you will support FRQ Processes:

  • Maintenance of several databases
  • Support of Project Leaders (technical & support)
  • Implementation, testing and execution of tenders via our web-application
  • Support of suppliers during the tender process by mail and phone
  • Managing remote Coaching Sessions (webinars) with suppliers
  • Testing of newly developed features and optimization of our web-application
  • Support internal stakeholders

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING IS MOTIVATION plus

  • Bachelor's Degree / recently graduated
  • Very Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot, vlookup. etc)
  • Fluent in English
  • German beneficial
  • Strong personal commitment

  • Willingness and potential for learning and development (keep the company standards)
  • procurement and/or supply chain experience beneficial
