We're looking for a Conversational AI Product Owner to take the lead in shaping the future of our chatbots, voicebots, and virtual assistants.
In this role, you'll connect business strategy with AI innovation, driving products that help both customers and employees get what they need — effortlessly.

Circle K is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:

Conversational AI Product Owner

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

What You'll Do

  • Lead the roadmap for Conversational AI across markets and channels, turning ideas into products that make a difference.

  • Collaborate globally with Customer Service, Retail, and Digital teams to identify new opportunities and expand adoption.

  • Translate vision into action by guiding Agile teams to deliver measurable business and customer impact.

  • Ensure trust and compliance by upholding AI governance, GDPR, and data-protection standards.

  • Drive innovation explore emerging AI trends, test new capabilities, and bring fresh ideas to life.

Necessary skills and experience:

  • 3+ years' experience in digital product ownership, AI solutions, or automation leadership.

  • Strong understanding of Conversational AI technologies and digital customer experiences.

  • Proven ability to prioritize, communicate, and deliver in cross-functional, Agile environments.

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving skills and a curiosity for what's next.

  • Excellent written and spoken English and confidence working across cultures and regions.

Advantages

  • Experience with Cognigy, Dialogflow, or similar Conversational AI platforms.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud or Genesys Cloud CX, ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

  • Background in retail, digital transformation, or customer service optimization.

  • Understanding of AI/ML models, prompt design, or analytics-driven optimization.

  • Certifications in Product Ownership, Scrum, or AI Governance.
