Type of Employment: Temporary for 1,5 years

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Secure, control and follow up the fuel stock volume registers (retail sites);

• Conduct data analysis, develop and maintain fuel volume control processes;

• Identify, analyze and resolve discrepancies connected to the fuel stock volumes;

• Maintain documentation/ records linked to control functions to facilitate the audit trail;

• Interact with Business Unit operations, technical services and other staff as necessary to obtain information required;

• Take part in operational projects and process improvement initiatives, participate in process and system testing

You will work in close collaboration with:

• Supply Operations;

• Finance & Control;

• External suppliers and partners.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Higher educational level in Business Administration, Accounting or related field;

• At least 2 years' experience within accounting, finance or stock control;

• Fluency in English is a must as you will be in daily contact with internal and external stakeholders in all our markets;

• Advanced skills in Excel and regular Office tools;

• Knowledge of accounting systems and/or knowledge from a trading system is an advantage;

• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex issues/problem;

• Improvement driven and good team player.
