ResponsibilitiesReview and process purchase requisitions according to guidelines;Create and manage purchase orders in ERP and follow up on approvals;Handle invoice deviations and ensure timely resolution;Maintain procurement-related databases and records;Support Ariba Guided Buying activities (issue handling, supplier and catalog enablement);Prepare and update work instructions, training materials, and policies;Provide training and operational support to internal users;Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues;Participate in projects aimed at improving indirect procurement processes.  Required skills and experienceUpper-intermediate (B2) English skills, written and spokenProficiency in MS Office;Organized, accurate and proactive;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Acquire ability to understand the process flow and act swiftly upon exceptions;Can work in an independent manner, as well as integrate well into a team;Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset;Knowledge of SAP and Ariba tools is a plus.
