Job Description

Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for a new team player to join our team as:

ACCEPTANCE TEST MANAGER

Type of Employment: Temporary contract (12 months)

Location: Riga, Latvia 

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided) 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Utilize multiple test environments (Salesforce, EazyFuel, CES Portal, JDE, PayPartner360, etc.) and Microsoft 365 package to conduct daily acceptance testing and reporting activities.

  • Perform acceptance testing in alignment with test plans, quality standards and defined solution requirements.

  • Investigate and analyze issues and convert findings into actionable tasks including troubleshooting, incident reporting, defect tracking, monitoring resolution progress, and executing retesting activities.

  • Support solution developers throughout the deployment of new functionalities and enhancements of existing features.

  • Contribute to acceptance test progress, results and overall readiness status reporting.

  • Identify opportunities to improve, streamline or optimize processes, tools and/or workflows.

  • Contribute to and participate in 1CP-related initiatives and parallel projects.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Demonstrated experience in acceptance testing, including end-to-end defect lifecycle management (troubleshooting, identifying indicators/root causes, incident reporting, triage, tracking, retesting, etc.).

  • Ability to manage multiple test environments and execute concurrent testing activities, using enterprise systems like Salesforce, EazyFuel, CES Portal, JDE, PayPartner360 and others.

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 package.

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate findings into clear actions or documentation.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, while managing competing priorities and maintaining focus and quality.

  • Previous experience in system solution development and/or deployment with a hands-on operational capability is considered an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement.

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) for communication with colleagues in Europe.
