What You Will Do:

• Design, build, implement, maintain, and improve the bank's Customers Platform – including CRM systems, servicing channels, and sales tools
• Ensure smooth and reliable integrations between various platforms and components
• Implement efficient data processing and synchronization mechanisms
• Adhere to industry standards and best practices throughout development and operations
• Guarantee high levels of quality, security, availability, and performance for all platform components
• Perform code reviews, participate in technical discussions with engineering teams
• Perform tests, troubleshoot software, fix defects
• Assist and guide business stakeholders in Customers Platform related challenges
• Get expertise in variety of bank's business processes and products
• Be part of a cross functional Agile development team - or just Agile team
• Work in international environment

What We Expect: 

• Hands-on experience in software development (as advantage Java, Python)
  Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure) and container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker)
• Hands-on experience with solution integrations (e.g. real-time, message-based, event-driven)
• Experience with SQL database technologies, NoSQL databases as an advantage
• Experience with test automation
• Experience with DevOps processes and tools, infrastructure as a code and security best practices
• Experience within Customer business domain as an advantage
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
