We are looking for a Pension Product Manager who will be responsible for the maintenance and development of our 2nd and 3rd pillar pension funds in Latvia.

• Lead the development of pension products and our digital sales channels
• Provide ongoing product support to Luminor's local Sales department
• Design and maintain compliant processes, procedures, and support materials related to pension products
• Ensure timely and accurate client communication, including mandatory reporting and disclosures
• Provide regular pension sales reporting and analyze customer portfolio trends
• Develop and maintain training materials, and conduct training sessions to enhance the competence of the sales network
• Contribute to the planning and execution of Marketing and PR to increase the visibility and attractiveness of our offering
• Drive pan-Baltic initiatives within your area of responsibility, ensuring alignment and impact across markets
• Be responsible for updating of client-facing mandatory documents
• Monitor and analyze competitor activity and broader market trends

• Superior knowledge of Latvian pension system and good understanding of pension products
• Excellent communication, project management and presentation skills
• Ability to work simultaneously with numerous stakeholders and numerous tasks/projects
• Excellent knowledge of Latvian and English languages is required in spoken and written communication
