Your Daily Tasks Will Entail:

  • Prepare and post journal entries for GL accounts (payroll, fixed assets, inventory, accruals, intercompany).

  • Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.

  • Support the month-end and year-end closing process by preparing schedules and assisting with reporting requirements.

  • Provide documentation and explanations to support internal controls, external audits, and statutory reporting.

  • Collaborate with AP, AR, Tax, and other teams to ensure completeness of accounting data.

  • Assist in process improvements and ERP-related initiatives within the GL area.

Your Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multinational environment.

  • Solid understanding of general accounting principles and general ledger processes, including account reconciliations.

  • Good Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance experience is an advantage.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
