Power Platform Developer

We are looking for a Power Platform Developer who works closely with external customers to understand their business needs and translate them into practical, scalable Power Platform solutions. You will contribute to solution design, data modeling, security, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement, ensuring solutions are maintainable, user-friendly, and aligned with Power Platform best practices.
What makes you a great match for this role:
3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps – Model-driven and/or Canvas, Power Automate, Dataverse);
Strong analytical thinking and an IT or technical background;
Comfortable working directly with external customers and stakeholders;
Experience working in agile environments and owning deliverables end to end;
Fluency in Latvian and good English communication skills (spoken and written);
Ability to design solutions, not just build them, with attention to data models, security, and user experience.
Extra points if you bring:
Experience with Power Pages, including Dataverse-based portals and basic customization using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
Experience with Power Platform ALM and DevOps, such as CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, Power Platform Solutions, and Power Platform CLI (PAC);
Experience with Dynamics 365 (Sales or Customer Service), SharePoint, system integrations, and Power Platform governance.
