Capital Management System - the backbone of our infrastructure responsible for allocating capital across 30+ global exchanges & powering the execution of our trading bots. It's a high-scale, high-stakes backend service written in Python, directly tied to the company's daily P&L. Every decision the system makes affects how millions in assets are deployed - your work will have visible, immediate business impact. You'll be part of a small team of senior engineers who care about system uptime & long-term resilience.

• Feature Development and Integration: Enhancing existing Capital Management system by adding new features.
• Algorithmic Logistics Optimization: Developing algorithms to optimize asset allocation for maximum profitability.
• System Integration and API Maintenance: Maintaining integrations with external exchanges through APIs. Ensuring seamless interoperability with other systems in our infrastructure.
• Database Maintenance: Ensuring efficient operation, upkeep, and optimization of databases.
• Automation Testing and Deployment: Implementing and refining automated testing procedures for deployment processes.
• Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Continuously monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing IT projects.
• Track record of successfully building & maintaining complex backend systems (deep tech products, backend systems with deep business logic, algorithms, financial applications, etc.)
• Solid technical knowledge in programming concepts and languages.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and knowledge of validating cause-and-effect relationships.
• Strong hands-on skills of multiple backend programming languages & frameworks. Experience with Python and Rust programming languages is a plus.
• High-sense of responsibility and get-stuff-done attitude.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge & working experience with Algorithms is a plus
• Experience in working with hedge funds, fintechs or similar organizations is a plus.
• Experience in the crypto & blockchain industry is a plus.
• Experience in financial engineering is a plus.
• Results in Math, Physics, Informatics, Chemistry, or Economics Olympiads are a plus.
