Production Planner

Responsibilities

• Prepare the production workload plan and monitor its execution
• Analyze, improve, and document production and planning processes
• Plan and coordinate required materials for production, including repair materials and spare parts
• Compile production data and prepare reports
• Support colleagues in quality assurance processes and ERP administration

• At least 2 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing company
• Proficiency in Latvian and English language skills
• Advanced computer skills (MS Excel, Google Docs)
• Experience working with ERP systems (Monitor G5 is an advantage)
• Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing and planning principles
• A high level of precision, responsibility, and dedication to quality
• Excellent analytical skills and a systematic approach to work processes
• Problem-solving abilities and accountability for results
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
