Are you ready to bring your sales expertise to a global leader in innovative maintenance services? At Aerones, we are transforming the way the wind industry operates — and we're looking for a driven, client-focused professional to help us grow in your assigned market. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Riga, where you'll have the opportunity to make an impact on an international scale.

What you'll be doing

  • Become an expert in your territorial market — understand its volume, coverage, key players, competitors, and seasonality.
  • Present Aerones' maintenance services with professionalism and impact, highlighting our unique value to close transactions.
  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues in Project Management, Marketing, and other departments.
  • Identify challenges early, work with your manager to find effective solutions.
  • Ensure accurate, timely data entry and updates in company systems (e.g., Pipedrive).
  • Represent your country at industry events.
  • Master and continually update your knowledge of our technical and performance capabilities.
  • Maintain regular, effective communication with clients and keep a precise, up-to-date client base.
  • Prepare reports on your results as requested by your superior.
  • Take on other duties or special assignments as needed.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Higher education background.
  • 3+ years' experience in roles related to the responsibilities above.
  • Spanish or Portuguese language skills (professional level), excellent English.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Proven track record in selling long-term and project agreements to major clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, justify decisions, take responsibility, and perform under pressure.
