SALES COORDINATOR

to be a support in leading Volkswagen Passenger Car sales in Baltics

You will be responsible for:

  • production project lead: production quotas, monitoring, factory communication
  • managing Importer stock
  • month closing support/report/accrual calculation and exchange with other departments
  • Fleet Tool project leading and coordination
  • preparing data for Factory Annual Meetings
  • managing Volkswagen AG Sales reporting and budget claims for the brand
  • analysing the market situation and performance in segments
  • calculations for large-scale offers
  • implementing Digital product offer in the Baltics in accordance with manufacturer requirements (VW Connect, Upgrades, and others)

We are looking for:

  • project management competence
  • systematic, process development thinking
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency in  PowerPoint, Excel
  • an interest in the automotive industry, innovations, and digital tools would be an advantage
  • skills for fast and effective self-learning
  • Accurate, responsible, disciplined personality
  • excellent knowledge of English
