Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is a part of Global Finance organization and responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:
CREDIT ANALYSTType of Employment: Permanent
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Conduct a thorough analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit requests
Perform daily portfolio monitoring
Follow-up development of portfolio quality and initiate actions to keep portfolio quality on target level
Assist in the testing and implementation of a new credit risk management platform and credit products
Ensure continuous credit process evaluation and improvements
Closely collaborate with Business units
Participate in projects to improve efficiency and quality
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Experience in an analyst role (preferably credit)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
Proficiency and understanding of ERP systems
Experienced MS Excel user
Fluent in English (both written and verbal) to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders in Europe
Ability to teamwork, communicate and collaborate
Analytic mindset, strong stress handling ability
Improvement and innovation-driven, independent and lean orientated individual
