WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Summarize, analyze and report relevant logistics/supply performance metrics across Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany.

• Ensure implementation of logistics strategies following regional market dynamics and support the achievement of annual business goals and plans across the covered countries.

• Plan and manage precise, cost-effective fuel distribution operations across all 12 countries, focusing on continuous optimization and cost reduction in transportation.

• Ensure timely and accurate information exchange with internal stakeholders (e.g., supply, sales, customer service) and external partners (e.g., carriers, terminals).

• Build and maintain close relations with suppliers, carriers, and internal clients following Circle K's ethics and HSSE policy.

• Represent the logistics unit in coordination and cooperation with other internal departments and external stakeholders across the supported countries.

• Actively cooperate with sales and customer service teams to deliver high service standards across multiple regions. Seek and suggest process improvements to optimize goal achievement.

• Respond promptly to logistics-related customer complaints and propose effective solutions in a cross-border operational context.

• Maintain strong communication with external suppliers and transport partners to ensure a shared understanding of service requirements and expectations.

• Ensure proper documentation and retention of records relevant to the execution of duties across all involved countries.

• Provide day-to-day operational direction to motor fuel common carriers working across the supported European countries, ensuring compliance with Circle K SOPs, lifting instructions, inventory controls, and load shifting protocols.

• Assist carriers with regulatory compliance during fuel conversion periods in different national contexts.

• Monitor store-level fuel inventories across the region and coordinate with carriers to avoid product runouts.

• Review the fuel dispatch system to ensure proper setup parameters, sales trends, supply sources, and tank configurations.

• Provide after-hours emergency logistics support when required and not resolved by support team members.

• Serve as the operational liaison between carriers, the fuel supply team, and accounting departments to resolve dispatch, delivery, or reconciliation issues.

• While primarily an office-based role, the position may require periodic visits to truck operations or supply terminals across the supported countries.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Bachelor's degree (preferred degree areas include Supply Chain and Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Finance).

• 3–5 years' experience in transportation dispatch, fuel logistics, or the petroleum trucking industry, ideally across multiple countries.

• Fluency in English and German to communicate with colleagues in Europe.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and strong skills in using logistics software.

• Experience with Power BI, Telepoint Fuel Dispatch Software, or similar logistics and data visualization platforms.

• Experience in supplier and carrier management, preferably in a regional or multinational environment.

• Basic knowledge of dangerous goods transportation, relevant European transportation legislation, and ADR standards.

• Understanding of fuel supply chain operations in a cross-border logistics environment.
