• Designing equipment using 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks)
• Performing structural and strength calculations, and selecting appropriate manufacturing technologies
• Overseeing prototype manufacturing, creating test plans, and conducting prototype testing
• Conducting research and testing new technologies for robotic systems
• Developing and proposing improvements for robotic equipment
• Participating in business trips for on-site robotic equipment testing

Requirements

• A higher education degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in a mechanical engineering role
• Proficiency in Latvian and English
• Strong computer skills and experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software
• Knowledge of structural strength calculations
• Attention to detail, quality, and precision
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and accountability for results
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Initiative and a drive to improve work outcomes
