Aerones is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our rapidly growing team. As a CNC Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-precision components using the latest CNC technology. Your expertise will contribute to the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
  • Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand machining requirements.
  • Perform quality control inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure components meet the required specifications.
  • Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to optimize production efficiency and quality.
  • Document production output and report any discrepancies or issues to the production supervisor.
  • Adhere to all safety and operational procedures in the machining environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Technical degree or certification in CNC machining or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machines and programming.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality control standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
