If you thrive in a high-autonomy, results-driven environment and love solving complex backend challenges, wed love to hear from youWhat Youll DoArchitect, build, and maintain the backend for TalTap's platform using Flask and FastAPIDevelop and enhance internal back-office tools to support business operationsDesign and implement scalable APIs to power mobile and web applicationsLeverage Firebase and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to ensure seamless cloud-based solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product requirements and deliver robust featuresDrive technical decision-making and contribute to the overall architecture of our platformOptimize performance, security, and reliability of backend services(Future Growth) Lead and mentor a team of engineers as we scaleWhat Were Looking For 4+ years of professional Python experienceStrong experience with Flask, FastAPI, and REST API developmentFamiliarity with Firebase and GCP cloud services (big plus)Experience with cloud functions and scalable backend architecturesPassion for building clean, maintainable, and efficient codeAbility to work independently in a fast-moving startup environmentA problem-solver who enjoys autonomy, taking ownership, and delivering resultsNice to Have Experience with mobile backend development (iOS/Android integration)Previous experience working in a startup environmentUnderstanding of real-time data processing and event-driven architecturesWhy Join TalTap?
