We are seeking a seasoned Recruitment Team Leader to join our team in Riga, Latvia. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of recruiters, ensuring timely and high-quality candidate selection and placement.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a team lead role. You will be fluent in English, both verbal and written, and have strong knowledge of recruitment practices, particularly in the BPO industry.

You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, and utilize data-driven insights to track, assess, and improve recruitment metrics and strategies. Additionally, you will manage and optimize sourcing strategies across various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of recruiters
• Oversight of the end-to-end recruitment process
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs
• Utilizing data-driven insights to track and improve recruitment metrics
• Managing and optimizing sourcing strategies
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a team lead role
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, particularly in the BPO industry
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of other major European languages is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
