WHAT WILL YOU DO

Procurement and Sourcing:

  • Source and procure materials related to the aircraft cabin interior.
  • Procure Engine LLPs, airfoils, components, and LRUs for engine shop visits.
  • Monitor the market for cost-efficient and suitable parts for scheduled engine shop visits.

Logistics and Shipment:

  • Arrange shipments of aircraft cabin items and monitor delivery status.
  • Arrange transportation and forwarding services for all cabin orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate imports and exports for orders.
  • Provide logistical support for engine and APU shipments when the Logistics Department is understaffed.

Budget and Cost Management:

  • Ensure budget targets are met.
  • Manage suppliers and ensure materials are shipped in a cost-efficient way.
  • Prepare detailed RFQ reports with multiple options for required parts.

Inventory and Stock Management:

  • Update the Maintenance Information System according to the fields of responsibility.
  • Maintain a record of all outstanding cabin purchase orders with external vendors.
  • Develop and keep updated cabin consignment stock in cooperation with the Technical Services Cabin team.
  • Control stock levels for aircraft cabin items and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Follow up on APU and engine LRU stock replenishment for specific stations.
  • Perform necessary movements of parts in the OASES system and archive records in the dedicated engine folder.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Manage communication of onboarding processes for new partner suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Power Plant and assigned Power Plant Engineers on current and upcoming projects.


LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU
  • University graduate or currently pursuing higher education.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and procuring aviation materials, especially related to aircraft cabin interiors and engine components.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Maintenance Information Systems and inventory management tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various teams and suppliers.
