Who we are looking for:
- University degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- Broad experience in accounting, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior accountant role
- Fluency in written/spoken English and Latvian is a must; proficiency in any other language is an advantage
- Expertise in tax compliance, including VAT, CIT, and other relevant regulations
- Proven experience in preparing Annual Financial Statements
- Expertise in crafting comprehensive management reports through Excel or other tools
- Proficient in processing Payroll from A to Z
- Good command of MS Office, with professional Excel skills and familiarity with other IT systems
- Willingness to embrace and leverage new technologies for process automation
- Hardworking and highly motivated, with a commitment to personal and professional growth
