We are Opening a new back office to serve European Markets and we are hiring talented, ambitious, globally minded team members to help us grow.

To succeed in this role, you need to have experience and knowledge with issuing and acquiring scheme rules – both operating regulations and dispute resolution rules as per MasterCard regulations. You need to use this expertise to make sounds decisions and help implement policy and process improvements to the company's chargeback management operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with retrieval requests, chargebacks and compliance cases according to MasterCard operational and chargeback regulations;
• Investigate unusual customer claims or transactions;
• Develop, implement and update card issuing chargeback policies and procedures, closely following MasterCard operational and chargeback regulations;
• Escalate and follow up on technical or operational issues;
• Create product specifications related to chargeback operations and management;
• Work closely with other divisions within the risk department, as well as customer service, finance, and product departments.

Skills & Competencies Required

• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, finance, communication or any related discipline;
• 2+ years obligatory experience in chargeback processing within an online payments space;
• Strong knowledge of Visa/MasterCard rules and procedures;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Capability and flexibility to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
