Job Description

Position Overview  

In this role you will be supporting the Business Unit Leads and with strategizing, quantifying, structuring, and implementing business opportunities while aiming at executional excellence based on data findings. You will be analyzing customer insights, sizing opportunities, and driving the growth through informing key business decisions, based on the synthesis of information from a breath of sources to provide a 360degree view of the performance on our key brands. 

Through your analytical mindset and your hunger to be ahead of the curve you will help pave the way we do business with our customers. 

 

Primary activities and Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop a cohesive “story” to connect insights to our strategy from multiple sources including analytics from pharmacies, registries, regional reports, distributor, etc. as well as primary market research to inform strategic choices and tactical execution 

  • Communicate insights and implications clearly to Senior Leaders/Leadership Team 

  • Anticipate where the market is moving and how external events / competitors may affect the future landscape 

  • Proactively inform the business of growth opportunities based said changing trends in the market 

  • Support the BU’s to be able to assess, measure, and monitor Brand Performance vs. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 

  • Data Analytics and Business Unit Insights Integration including customer segmentation models 

  • Disseminate a data mindset approach within the HH organization Deliver actionable insights to Marketing stakeholders to inform key business decisions 

  • Identify early trends as well as data gaps across our Business Unit and make proposals on how to close them to draw better, more meaningful market insights or confirm hypotheses 

  • Spark ideas with CFT’s to develop customer-oriented projects 

  • Continue to install analytics at hospital level, optimize executional excellence dashboards and support the teams with the proper usage of those tools 

  • Maintain oversight on all local & regionally organized market research and ensure the team is leveraging the outcomes to the fullest 

  • Support the respective BU account plans in proposing data driven approach 

  • Foster data driven strategy and learnings across the BU and the organization including mindset through analytic/dashboard trainings 

  • Ensure solid and accurate data structure cross our systems 

  • Coach and visualize omnichannel customer journeys via KPI’s and data 

  • Be the change agent for local adoption of regional and cluster insights initiatives 

  • Be the local owner of the data and functionality, continue to drive improvements and share best practices within the NoBa DnA community 

 

Education, Background & Experience 

  • You have a higher degree in Economics, Statistics, Life Sciences or another relevant discipline, with a data analytics background 

  • Ideally least 2 years’ experience in strategy consulting, preferably with a focus on pharma/biotech, alternatively 4 years in data analytics, data operations, market research or commercial operations roles with forecasting responsibility in Pharma 

  • Ability to problem solve, create order and simplicity out of complex problems without guidance 

  • Strong project execution and coordination skills: Proven track record of “getting things done”. Organized, results-oriented, and strategic thinker 

  • Knowing who to go to, how to approach them and get things done via non-hierarchical influence. 

  • Comfort in prioritizing and managing complex environments across a multitude of cross-functional partners and stakeholders 

  • Ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders 

  • Entrepreneurial spirit preferably with digital savviness and a strong ambition to apply digital data solutions with proven ability to implement change 

  • Actively listen and seek to understand differing perspectives; work together to achieve the common goals of the team 

  • An individual fully committed, and results driven, with a strong taste for challenges and not afraid of experimenting. 

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Local Language beneficial.
