The Opportunity

We are looking for a new team member to join our Worldline team. In this role you need to have a good analytical approach, communication skills and ability to comply with VISA/MasterCard rules and requirements.  A good teammate is welcomed – who understands ongoing trends and cooperates effectively with colleagues and clients.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

  • Processing of clients request queues and working with schemes’ (VISA / MasterCard Int) systems
  • Interacting with all relevant internal teams for the resolution of the day-to-day activities
  • Managing chargeback cases that are assigned in internal/external tools
  • Analysing and working on cases presented by the Schemes
  • Interacting with clients on various questions related to Dispute Management area
  • Ensuring confidentiality of all information collected during investigation
  • Acting in accordance to agreed internal policies
  • Adhering to Schemes related requirements
  • Identifying system improvements for Dispute Management
