Job Description:

Perfect Store Specialist Baltics

Perfect Store program is about developing a strategy that leads to Perfect Execution which is critical for the sustainable growth of Snacking category. You will develop Perfect Store strategy for Baltics, implement and maintain it, set metrics and targets accordingly and support Sales team (KAMs & Field Sales) in the best in class store level execution. Your scope requires a strong ability to collaborate with associates locally (Leadership team, Sales team, Category team, Sales support team, Digital technologies), globally and regionally.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the development of Picture of Success strategy for the whole organization by providing analytical support for opportunity-sizing and setting an ambition.
  • Determining individual Perfect Store targets for the whole organization, customers and Field Sales
  • Engaging broader organization internally behind Perfect execution as a performance & engagement driver
  • Working collaboratively across functions (including Leadership team) to drive the implementation of action plans, monitor progress, and offer insights for necessary adjustments
  • Developing executive summaries, presentations, reports, and business cases to support operational and strategic initiatives
  • Regular updates of Perfect Store program including store segmentation, KPI definitions, Size of Prize
  • Making sure that Perfect Store measures and definitions are appropriately reflected in the Sales Force Automation tool and reporting environment. Timely requests for necessary changes in order to keep smooth Perfect Store results tracking
  • Generate business insights from these systems & tools to ensure data driven business decisions
  • Knowing the Merchandising Must Haves by heart and apply these principles in daily recommendations
  • Cooperating with regional&global Perfect Store community, sharing best practices, and implementing learnings from other markets. You will provide required data and evaluate Perfect Store program quality in line with company standards.
  • Developing required capabilities for intelligent Perfect Store transformation, including tool pipeline successful adoption in the organization through change management

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to convert data into impactful insights, complemented by a professional and persuasive approach
  • Experience in analytical area (ideally proven business experience, preferable from Commercial analytics or other relevant function e.g. Category Management, Sales, Shopper Marketing)
  • FMCG experience would be preferable
  • Excellent PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI skill as an advantage
  • Project management skills
  • Experience in working in an international environment
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree required
  • English is a must
